Our Fee Agreement.

Our Fee Agreement states that we will process your loan request and do our diligent best to identify a lender who will offer you a loan based on your needs and that if we are successful, that you will take the loan.

Our Fee Agreement also states that you will pay us an agreed Success Fee, calculated as a % of the loan amount, when a lender approves your application.

By approving our Fee Agreement, you will be showing good faith to work with us and put us to work to find the right loan for you.
